Jennifer Leonard, PT, DPT, is a graduate of New York Medical College. She has over 5 years of pediatric experience in a variety of settings including Early Intervention, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy. She enjoys working with children of all ages from birth to 21 years and takes a special interest in using her creativity to make therapy engaging and meaningful for both her patients and their families. Jen is passionate about a family focused approach to therapy and patient/caregiver education. Her therapeutic approach includes a combination of developmental activities, neuromuscular re-education, neuro-developmental treatment, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and kinesiotaping. Jen also enjoys supporting student education for graduate level PT students and holds advance credentials as a clinical instructor from the APTA. When she is not working, Jen enjoys family runs and bike rides and building forts with her husband and two little boys. She believes rainy days are for crafting and every other day should be spent outdoors.
