Marlys Loyer, received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1999. She has since had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations in various long-term care, hospital, early intervention, community/school, and outpatient settings. Marlys has a passion for the pediatric population and has experience working with children birth through adolescence. She has pursued additional education in feeding, vision, self-regulation, handwriting, sensory processing, fine motor development and has provided aquatic and hippotherapy. Marlys believes in the importance of creatively guiding children to develop confidence in their individual areas of strength in order to achieve goals as well as collaborating with parents and the multi-disciplinary team.
